Michelle Kline is a principal of Genesee
Investments LLC (“Genesee”),
a Registered Investment Adviser located in Bellevue, Washington. Genesee
provides investment management services to affiliated and non-affiliated private
investment funds and advisory accounts applying fund of hedge fund strategies. Genesee
launched its first fund in 1983, making it one of the oldest fund of hedge
funds managers in the country.
Ms. Kline is a CPA licensed in the State of Washington and a seasoned hedge
fund professional having been with Genesee since 1990. She oversees all
operational, structural, regulatory, compliance, tax and accounting aspects
of Genesee and the Genesee Funds. Ms. Kline is a member of the board of
directors of the Hedge Fund Business Operations Association and a frequent speaker
at hedge fund conferences.
